FMR was founded in 2011 with 2 Directors whom possess more than 22 years of experience in property development and construction. FMR is registered with CIDB grade G7 and also MOF (Ministry of Finance). Both Directors are from Civil Engineering background, very enthusiastic and passion to Building and Infrastructure design and construction and demolition.
FMR started from a small renovation jobs, demolition jobs and project management for land development since company established. We were in a small office in Bandar Sri Damansara with only a few young, dynamic, resourceful and ambitious management teams and construction site teams. We have completed numerous projects such as shop houses, condominium, club house, factory extension & maintenance, commercial & residential Interior Design work and other building demolition works.
We do provide Building Information Modelling (BIM) service for high rise building and public infrastructure project like LRT and MRT in Malaysia. Property Developer, Consultants, Main contractors are our clients that required BIM service to enhance their building plans design and to rectify all the errors at the early design stage to cut down the delay or abortion work and construction cost.

We are a pioneer group that venture into R&D to manufacture ceramic and glass grit abrasive locally for wet and dry blasting work in South-East Asia. We have succeeded to obtain Petronas Approval of our product to be used in Malaysia’s oil and gas industry. Our glass grit abrasive is a green recycle product that are environmental friendly which is classified as non-schedule waste by Department of Environment, non-redioactive by Malaysian Nuclear Agency.
